Refund Policy
Simple version: try free, then pay. If your first month isn't worth it, email us within 30 days for a full refund.
Effective September 18, 2026
1. 30-day money-back guarantee — first subscription
Your first subscription charge is covered: if PostWise isn't worth it, contact us within 30 days of that first charge for a full refund — no forms, no retention calls.
- Email support@postwise.online from your account email with your transaction details.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- The guarantee covers the first charge only. Renewals, later plan changes, and unused time after the first billing period are final. Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts may be refused.
2. Try before you pay
New accounts receive a 7-day trial with Pro-level access. The trial exists precisely so you can confirm PostWise fits your workflow before any charge. And if you subscribe and still change your mind, the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first charge has you covered.
3. Cancelling stops future charges
- Cancel anytime from Settings or the DodoPayments billing portal. No emails, calls, or retention flows required.
- After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to free access. You are never charged again unless you resubscribe.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel the subscription first, then delete if you wish.
4. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect as shown in the billing portal at the time of the change. We do not refund the difference for unused time on a previous plan or billing cycle — outside the first-charge guarantee above, renewals and later charges are final.
5. Billing errors
Something genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation? Contact us within 30 days at support@postwise.online with your account email and transaction details, and we will investigate and correct verified errors. This is a correction of our mistake, not a refund entitlement.
6. Chargebacks
If a charge looks unfamiliar, talk to us first — most billing surprises are a forgotten renewal or a second account, and both are quick to resolve. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is reviewed.
